Marketing Manager, Human Health

Manager, Regulatory and Technical Compliance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, evaluate, and enhance of EU DMF'S & CEP for submission to regulatory authorities.
  • Working closely with the Business Units to develop regulatory strategies for their products
  • Review of documents (such as Certificates of Analysis, Product Sample Receipt and Dispatch Records, Questionnaires) prior to their submission to customers.
  • Conducting supplier audits, contract manufacturers (API), contract laboratories, metrology services, warehousing services and transportation services.
  • Monitor and report on the status of regulatory filings.
  • Lead and participate in supplier qualification by assessment of the degree of compliance with cGMP requirements and company's internal expectations.
  • Develop, implement and monitor effectiveness of quality systems required to ensure compliance of Flavine and it's suppliers to applicable regulations and standards including internal mock audits.
  • Liaise with the customer/supplier to obtain complaint details and/or Atypical/OOS results investigation reports.
  • Maintain, track and update all customer complaint files.
  • Create, implement, and maintain SOPs for internal compliance.
  • Implement and maintain employee hazmat training for internal compliance.
  • International travel 25%.

Qualifications:
  • BS Chemistry, MS Chemistry or Pharmacy.
  • Be experienced in regulatory affairs, including the submission requirements to the relevant health authorities.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy leading and working in a team.
  • Having knowledge of GDP will be advantageous.
