Antonia Saliou

Managing Director

Flavine Europe, Munich, Germany

Flavine was found­ed by Antonia’s father, Gerd Wei­thase in New Jer­sey in 1975. Anto­nia grew up in the busi­ness and was exposed to API man­u­fac­tur­ing sites in Chi­na and India in the 1990’s. After earn­ing her BSc in Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal Sci­ences with Law and her master’s degree in Inter­na­tion­al Health­care Man­age­ment, Eco­nom­ics and Pol­i­cy from the SDA Boc­coni, Anto­nia gained expe­ri­ence with Pfiz­er and Sanofi before join­ing Flavine in 2010. Her career has includ­ed roles with­in Busi­ness Oper­a­tions, Strate­gic Plan­ning, and Mar­ket­ing & Sales, while also sup­port­ing exec­u­tive man­age­ment and the Chairman.

Today, the gen­er­a­tional trans­fer of man­age­ment is com­plete and Anto­nia now leads the Glob­al Flavine team as Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and is a mem­ber of the Flavine world­wide Man­age­ment Board.

John DiMeglio

President and CEO

John DiMeglio start­ed at Flavine in 1997 and is cur­rent­ly the Pres­i­dent and CEO of Flavine North Amer­i­ca. Over his long tenure at Flavine, John has had lead­er­ship posi­tions in Logis­tics, Finance, Busi­ness Devel­op­ment and Sales & Mar­ket­ing. John is respon­si­ble for over­see­ing oper­a­tions of the Unit­ed States, India, and Chi­na offices and serves on the Flavine Man­age­ment Board. He has exten­sive expe­ri­ence in glob­al API Busi­ness Devel­op­ment and has built long-term rela­tion­ships with man­u­fac­tur­ers and cus­tomers worldwide.

John has a Bachelor’s of Sci­ence from Pace University.

Camille Saliou

Director Global Operations

Flavine Europe, Munich, Germany

Camille Saliou joined the com­pa­ny in 2011 as Sales Man­ag­er of APIs look­ing after the Euro­pean mar­ket. Camille has over a decade of expe­ri­ence mak­ing sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tions in Sup­pli­er Man­age­ment, Mar­ket­ing, Finance & Com­mer­cial Oper­a­tions, and Busi­ness Devel­op­ment in India & China.

Today, Camille’s posi­tion has evolved into a cross func­tion­al role and he is in charge of var­i­ous oper­a­tions with­in Flavine’s group, inl­cud­ing over­see­ing the new Ana­lyt­i­cal Lab­o­ra­to­ry in France.

Camille holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mon­tre­al as well as master’s degree in Inter­na­tion­al Health­care Man­age­ment, Eco­nom­ics and Pol­i­cy from the SDA Bocconi.

Stephen Bozer

Senior Vice President, Human Health Sales & Marketing

Stephen Boz­er joined Flavine North Amer­i­ca in 2018 as the Senior Vice Pres­i­dent of Human Health where he is lead­ing the Sales & Mar­ket­ing team in the U.S. office. He is an ana­lyt­i­cal chemist by train­ing, and has held senior posi­tions in Qual­i­ty Con­trol and Mar­ket­ing & Sales dur­ing his career.

Stephen has over 25 years of phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal expe­ri­ence work­ing for sev­er­al com­pa­nies, includ­ing Teva API, Berlex Lab­o­ra­to­ries (now Bay­er) and Key International.

Stephen has a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence degree in Biol­o­gy from Bing­ham­ton Uni­ver­si­ty (SUNY) and an M.B.A. in Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal Man­age­ment from Fair­leigh Dick­in­son University.

Frank Amorese

Frank S. Amorese, Jr. joined Flavine in 1984. Frank has held sev­er­al lead­er­ship posi­tion dur­ing his tenure at Flavine and is cur­rent­ly head­ing Flavine North America’s vet­eri­nary divi­sion as Senior Vice Pres­i­dent. Frank rep­re­sents Flavine as an Asso­ciate Mem­ber of GADA – Gener­ic Ani­mal Drug Alliance. 

Frank holds a B.S. Degree in Ani­mal Sci­ences from The Ohio State University’s Col­lege of Agriculture.

Julian Frega

Vice President, Animal Health Sales & Marketing

Julian Fre­ga joined Flavine in 2012 and is cur­rent­ly the Vice Pres­i­dent of the Ani­mal Health Sales & Mar­ket­ing Team. Julian brings over 12 years of expe­ri­ence in the Ani­mal Health indus­try where he has served in var­i­ous roles.

Pri­or to join­ing Flavine, Julian worked in a sales roles for Boehringer Ingel­heim and aid­ed in the launch of one of their block­buster drugs.

Julian holds a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence degree in Health Sci­ences from Uni­ver­si­ty of Con­necti­cut with a minor in Business.

Dr. Pablo Davila-Zavala

Dr. Pablo Dávi­la-Zavala joined Flavine North Amer­i­ca in 2017 and is now the Vice Pres­i­dent of Reg­u­la­to­ry Affairs & Com­pli­ance. He has over 25 years of inter­na­tion­al expe­ri­ence with glob­al com­pa­nies includ­ing San­doz, Her­itage Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals, For­est Lab­o­ra­to­ries, and León Phar­ma (Spain) in sev­er­al areas includ­ing Devel­op­ment, Tech Trans­fer, Phar­ma­covig­i­lance, Qual­i­ty & Compliance.

Dr. Dávi­la-Zavala holds a Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence in Phar­ma­cy from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Puer­to Rico and MS & Ph.D. degrees in Phar­ma­ceu­tics from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Michigan.

Kenn Leifheit

Kenn Leifheit, Vice Pres­i­dent of Sup­ply Chain, joined Flavine in 1999 and has worked at both Flavine North Amer­i­ca and Flavine Europe offices. Kenn brings over 22 years of knowl­edge and expe­ri­ence in Glob­al Oper­a­tions, Procurement/Planning, Importation/Distribution, Inven­to­ry Man­age­ment, and FDA compliance.

Kenn holds a BS in Inter­na­tion­al Busi­ness from William Pater­son University.

Alan Zaorski

Alan Zaors­ki joined Flavine North Amer­i­ca in 2013, bring­ing over 20 years of expe­ri­ence in areas of Cor­po­rate Finance, Con­troller­ship, Busi­ness Intel­li­gence, Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, and Human Resources. Cur­rent­ly, Alan serves as Flavine North America’s Offi­cer and Trea­sur­er. He is respon­si­ble for North America’s Finance & Account­ing, Audit, Infor­ma­tion Tech­nol­o­gy, and Human Resources. 

Alan holds a BS in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion-Account­ing from Seton Hall University. 

Laura Cosma

Executive Director Marketing & Sales

Lau­ra Cos­ma is the Exec­u­tive Direc­tor of Sales & Mar­ket­ing for Flavine Europe. After her Human­is­tic Stud­ies at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Udine, Italy and the Hum­boldt Uni­ver­si­ty in Ger­many, she entered the phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal indus­try in 2001 acquir­ing exten­sive knowl­edge of the glob­al API and FDF sec­tors since then. She start­ed at Flavine in the Mar­ket­ing & Sales depart­ment and grew into var­i­ous glob­al roles rang­ing from Busi­ness Devel­op­ment in the Human Health Divi­sion, with par­tic­u­lar focus on Glob­al Sales of APIs, to Key Sup­pli­er Man­age­ment. Addi­tion­al­ly, Lau­ra is a mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board of Flavine Europe GmbH. She has been par­tic­u­lar­ly involved in the cross func­tion­al strate­gic devel­op­ment of the com­pa­ny and in the growth of Flavine’s own fin­ished dosage portfolio.

Peter Ortiz

Director Of Marketing & Sales

Peter Ortiz joined the Flavine U.S. office in 1994 and then took up the respon­si­bil­i­ty to grow Flavine Europe’s busi­ness unit. He held sev­er­al man­age­ment roles and super­vised the growth of Flavine Europe. He is a high­ly respect­ed indus­try leader whose exten­sive phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal indus­try expe­ri­ence also includes Com­mer­cial Direc­tor posi­tions at Astur­phar­ma and Antibi­oti­cos in Spain. Today, Peter is Com­mer­cial Direc­tor man­ag­ing Flavine Europe’s API and Inter­me­di­ate sup­pli­ers from Asia & Europe. Peter is a mem­ber of the Man­age­ment Board of Flavine Europe GmbH.

Dr. Sophie Chezeaud

Dr. Sophie Chezeaud joined Flavine Phar­ma France in 2020 as Qual­i­fied Per­son.  She brings over 20 years of expe­ri­ence in the phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal indus­try hav­ing held posi­tions in Qual­i­ty Con­trol, Ana­lyt­i­cal Devel­op­ment, and Batch Record Certification.

Dr. Chezeaud holds a Ph.D. in Phar­ma­cy from Paris University.

Anil Prajapati

Anil Pra­jap­ati joined Flavine in 2011 as Direc­tor of Busi­ness Devel­op­ment for the India Region and lat­er pro­mot­ed to Vice Pres­i­dent of Sales & Mar­ket­ing in 2015. Since 2019, he has been lead­ing Flavine Phar­ma India LLP as a Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and head­ing Busi­ness Devel­op­ment, Key Accounts, Busi­ness Liais­ing, and Cor­po­rate Com­pli­ance in India.

His ver­sa­tile expe­ri­ence of more than 18 years in the Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal Indus­try includes Strate­gic Sourc­ing & Pro­cure­ment (API, Inter­me­di­ates and Pack­ing Mate­ri­als), Sup­ply Chain Man­age­ment, Con­tract Man­u­fac­tur­ing, Busi­ness Liais­ing, and Project Management.

Pri­or to join­ing Flavine, he was asso­ci­at­ed with orga­ni­za­tions like Claris Life­sciences, Tor­rent Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals, and Cadi­la Phar­ma­ceu­ti­cals in dif­fer­ent roles. He holds a Bachelor’s in Com­merce and an MBA from Gujarat Uni­ver­si­ty, India.

Cathy Jin (Lan Jin)

Head of China Operations

Flavine Shang­hai Co., Shang­hai, China

Cathy Jin joined Flavine in 2017 as a reg­u­la­to­ry and qual­i­ty expert sup­port­ing key sup­pli­ers in Chi­na, and is now the Head of Chi­na Oper­a­tions. Before join­ing Flavine, Cathy worked for Krka in GMP audit­ing, con­tract man­u­fac­tur­ing, sup­pli­er man­age­ment and tech­ni­cal trans­fer activ­i­ties for APIs.

Cathay holds a bachelor’s degree in Envi­ron­men­tal Sci­ence from Donghua Uni­ver­si­ty and a master’s degree in Chem­i­cal Engi­neer­ing from Fudan Uni­ver­si­ty in Shang­hai, China.
